Nice to meet you...
My name is Isken Cosip, I’m an art director and senior graphic designer with 15+ years of experience building brands, directing creative, and producing work that holds up across every touchpoint. I've worked in-house across healthcare, academia, retail, and tech (at organizations like OCLC, Ohio State University, Big Lots, and Bath & Body Works), and alongside that, I founded ICM Designs, a motorsports branding studio where I've worked with 75+ clients across global racing series, including F1 World Champion Jenson Button.
My work lives at the intersection of brand strategy and visual craft. I think in systems, how a logo behaves at scale, how an illustration style carries across three products, how a sales toolkit actually gets used in the field. I've led teams, directed photo shoots, built brands from scratch, and delivered work across print, digital, environmental, and 3D.
Design is where I think best, speak loudest, and show up fully, that part hasn't changed.

Every project I take on is designed for long-term success.
As a kid, I was fascinated by anything related to art. At one point, I even wanted to be a cartoon (yes, an actual cartoon character). Eventually, I came to terms with the laws of physics. But I held onto the dream, and found a way to bring color, creativity, and concepts into the real world through design.
Design is bigger than a format—it's how I think, solve problems, and push ideas forward. Whatever the surface, the goal is the same: make something meaningful, make it work, and make it beautiful.
